App Functionality

AW Bundle helps Shopify merchants create and manage bundle campaigns, quantity breaks, product sets, add-on offers, free gift campaigns, storefront widgets, Shopify discounts, cart transforms, and related bundle performance analytics.

Merchant Account and Authorization

By installing AW Bundle, the merchant authorizes the app to access the Shopify permissions approved during installation and app review. The app uses those permissions only to provide and maintain AW Bundle functionality.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring that the app is configured correctly for their storefront, campaigns, discounts, products, and customer-facing offers.

Data Processing Agreement

AW Bundle processes merchant store data and limited Shopify order data as described in the Privacy Policy. Order data is processed only to provide bundle campaign analytics, including revenue, order count, discount amount, currency, campaign ID, order ID, order name, and timestamp.

AW Bundle does not sell customer data and does not use order data for advertising, customer profiling, resale, or automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.

Merchants must maintain their own customer-facing privacy notices and legal bases for using Shopify apps and analytics in their stores.

Security and Retention

AW Bundle uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect app data. App data is retained only as needed to provide the service, support merchants, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, comply with legal obligations, and handle Shopify privacy requests.

Acceptable Use

Merchants must not use AW Bundle to violate Shopify policies, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or the rights of customers. Merchants must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to AW Bundle systems.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep AW Bundle reliable and useful, but app functionality may change over time as Shopify APIs, app requirements, and merchant needs evolve. We may update these Terms or the Privacy Policy when needed to reflect app, legal, or operational changes.

Disclaimer

AW Bundle is provided for merchant use with Shopify stores. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties beyond those required by applicable law. Merchants are responsible for reviewing campaign settings, discount behavior, pricing, and storefront presentation before publishing offers to customers.
