Information We Process

AW Bundle processes limited Shopify order data to provide bundle campaign analytics to merchants. The app receives Shopifyorders/create and orders/paid webhooks and stores order ID, order name, campaign ID, currency, revenue, discount amount, and timestamp.

AW Bundle does not require customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses for its bundle analytics feature. We do not intentionally store those fields for advertising, profiling, resale, or automated decision-making.

Purpose of Processing

We use order analytics data only to show merchants bundle performance, revenue, order counts, discount activity, and campaign-level reporting inside the AW Bundle admin experience.

We process the minimum data required to provide those merchant-facing analytics and limit our use of that data to that purpose.

Merchant Data and Store Data

AW Bundle also processes merchant store data needed to operate the app, including shop domain, app session data, access tokens provided by Shopify, campaign settings, discount rules, widget settings, and bundle configuration. This data is used to authenticate merchants, manage campaigns, synchronize Shopify discounts and cart transforms, and display storefront bundle widgets.

No Sale, Advertising, or Profiling

AW Bundle does not sell customer data. AW Bundle does not use Shopify order data for behavioral advertising, customer profiling, cross-store tracking, or automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for customers.

Retention and Deletion

AW Bundle keeps merchant configuration and bundle analytics while the merchant uses the app and while the data is needed to provide app functionality, security, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

When a shop is uninstalled or when Shopify sends an applicable privacy request, AW Bundle deletes or anonymizes data that is no longer required. The app supports Shopify privacy webhooks forcustomers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact.

Security

AW Bundle uses HTTPS/TLS for data in transit. App data is stored in a secured database environment with access controls and encryption at rest provided by the database and hosting infrastructure. Access to production systems is limited to personnel who need it to operate, maintain, and support the app.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect app data.

Subprocessors and Service Providers

AW Bundle may use infrastructure, database, hosting, logging, and operational service providers to run the app. These providers process data only as needed to host, secure, monitor, and deliver the app.

Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for their own privacy notices, customer disclosures, and legal compliance for their Shopify stores. AW Bundle provides app functionality and merchant-facing analytics but does not replace a merchant's own privacy obligations.
